Capcom – Kid Cudi

Posted on

Off of the new mixtape coming this summer, a Man Named Scott, this song Capcom is already a favorite of mine.  Inspired by arguably one of the best companies for fighters, this song is your typical Kid Cudi song… great choruses with amazing beats in the background.  Download after the break, and enjoy.

Curren$y stops by the House that Flex built to spit for about 5 minutes over lots of explosion sounds and Flex going bananas throughout.  Alot of good lines in this one, download after the break and enjoy.

Let It Be – Paul McCartney (Live @ The Apollo)

Posted on

To celibrate their 20 millionth subscriber, SiriusXM held a concert before Christmas at the Apollo featuring Sir Paul McCartney, of Beatles and Wings fame. I was going through and happened to find the audio for the concert and got to listening to it.  While listening, it’s hard to imagine being that age and still belting out songs you made popular in your twenties. The man is almost 70, and can still do it better than most everyone.  Imagine. hahaha. Either way, enjoy a great classic, in a live format.  Download link after the break.

We Back Soon – Lil’ Wayne

“Ya, I’ve lost my mind…help me find it, I will lead the search.”

This track isn’t on any future Wayne project, but nonetheless, new Lil’ Wayne isn’t a bad thing, right? Being as good as he was, it’s hard to rate anything from him.  Is this better than Fly In, Fly Out, Walk In, or Walk Out? Simply put, no. But is this better than most of Carter III and whatever else is out now? Probably. Regardless of this little critique, grab it after the break and make your own decision. As always, enjoy.
